Objectives of Mission Paita Colan
- Allocate humanitarian aid to significantly improve marginal educational facilities and underdeveloped health care sites.
- Provide support to the local governments and municipal institutions in respect to the following: healthcare, education, and integral development.

- Protect the city and its environment by means of offering informative workshops, resources, programs, manuals, and public advertising campaigns.
- Found nurseries, daycare services, schools, and universities, in order to provide the less fortunate with the opportunity to learn and advocate for the critical role of continuing education and positive work ethics in a developing society.
- Prevent drug traffic and use, delinquency, prostitution, abandonment, and domestic abuse through the creation of community centers, shelters, youth hostels, and recreational facilities.
- Disseminate support for human rights, especially for women and children through the implementation of discussion centers, instructive materials, and volunteer aid.

- Found food pantries, clothing shelters, and temporary work service associations for singly abandoned mothers and widows.
- Sponsor cultural exchange/study abroad programs for the less fortunate of Peru through scholarship-based programs.
- Advocate for the publication of artistic talent imparted by the plentiful little-known artists within Peru (Music, Painting, Craftsmanship, Dance).
- Volunteer non-profit legal consultation for the less fortunate.
